This free, in-person informational workshop will cover the basics of advance directives and estate planning in Illinois, as well as the importance of being prepared. We will discuss associated legal documents, including:

  • Power of Attorney for Healthcare
  • Power of Attorney for Property
  • Living Will
  • Last Will
  • Transfer on Death Instrument
  • Trust

The CASL Legal Service Program will offer direct legal services to eligible clients for power of attorney, living will, and TODI during the afternoon clinic.
